The instructors will entertain and inform the class as they share their knowledge and experience in a comfortable, interactive classroom setting. The course includes a review of fugitive emissions sources and emissions quantification methods. It includes a discussion of various regulations requiring control of fugitive emissions and focuses on managing an LDAR program to comply with the regulatory requirements. It also includes important tips for managing LDAR contractors.

This course will review LDAR compliance obligations under state, federal, and Consent Decree LDAR requirements. Attendees will learn advance compliance strategies and best management practices compiled from over 100 industry facilities. This course provides expert interpretation on frequently asked/encountered compliance questions that the regulated community and LDAR contractors come to learn about each year at ISA, including, but not limited to:  

Applicability of State & Federal Requirements Key EPA Applicability Determinations Stringency/Rule Consideration Forensic Database Analysis Advanced QA/QC Techniques Emissions Estimation  

This course also includes a review of common and uncommon LDAR audit finding and compliance "blind spots" to be addressed.
